The Manager of Process Excellence leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business
performance by partnering with stakeholders to map and assess processes, identify improvements,
implement solutions and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sustainable improvements. This role oversees, develops, and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow
documentation, working with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency. Associates will gain hands-on experience, training, and teambuilding while immersing themselves in Lennar’s culture.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and operational shadowing to gather detailed information of current process workflows, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Synthesize and translate complex processes into clear documentation, including process flow maps and SOPs.
Create and maintain detailed process flow diagrams using tools like Miro or Visio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate, review, and update process documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive data-informed decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, define success criteria, and implement scalable process improvements.
Utilize process mapping, automation, and workflow optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Oversee process audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to ensure adherence to best practices.
Drive continuous improvement efforts through innovation, automation, and technology integration.
Provide guidance and mentorship to specialists and other team members, fostering a culture of process excellence.
Collaborate with leadership to align process strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management.
Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid, Miro) and process automation strategies.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to
operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25
lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
