Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree with project management and leadership experience.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to observe, give feedback, and recognize performance patterns.
• Breaks down complex problems into actionable steps with clear follow-up plans.
• Delegates effectively while staying connected to daily operations.
• Builds trusted relationships by clear communication and cross-level influence.
• Leads by example and inspires teams through change.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Visio; able to work in office and shop floor; travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to analyze and resolve cross functional challenges involving tools, equipment, processes, and staffing.
• Lead Kaizen and process improvement activities to uncover opportunities and drive operational enhancements.
• Monitor performance metrics and use root cause analysis to identify sources of failure and deliver corrective actions.
• Guide large scale initiatives by influencing cost, quality, and speed through Human Factors, Ergonomics, layout optimization, and other engineering methods.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen Service Operations and Logistics performance.
• Serve as the program owner and primary point of contact for specialized business areas supported by Process Engineering.
• Work effectively in store and shop floor environments, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand when evaluating processes.
