Job summary

CarePartners Health Services, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Manager Staffing and Private Duty Services to optimize staffing across Private Duty, Internal Staffing Agency, and related programs. Lead scheduling, onboarding and nurse management to support high-quality patient care in western North Carolina.

You will coordinate daily staffing operations, ensure accurate data entry and scheduling, and partner with senior leaders to implement staffing plans that meet program needs and improve

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in BSN with plan to obtain within 4 years of hire.
• RN licensure in NC; eNLC may apply; BLS certification.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in health care staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staffing needs of Private Duty and related programs.
• Recruit, onboard and schedule new staff; adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Coordinate daily operations; ensure accurate scheduling, intake and data entry.
• Develop and implement staffing plans in collaboration with leadership.
