CarePartners Health Services in western North Carolina is seeking a Clinical Practice Team Lead who will split time between direct patient care and clinical oversight, coordinating staffing resources across the Mission Health System.

You will educate and engage internal staffing nursing and therapy staff, collaborate with Mission Health System leaders, and recruit additional hours to support the Internal Staffing Agency, while handling general administrative tasks.

Qualifikationen

• RN required with an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Preferred experience as a staffing coordinator or with a staffing company.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate staffing resources and oversee staffing across the Mission Health System.
• Educate, organize and engage CarePartners Internal Staffing nursing and therapy staff.
• Collaborate with Mission System leaders and educators to provide competent staff.
• Recruit new staff to work additional hours for the Internal Staffing Agency.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily operations and program management.
