We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven leader to oversee Molex's Pricing Strategy & Analytics team. This role pairs hands‑on leadership of a small technical team with the analytical depth to influence pricing strategy and translate data into commercial action. As part of the Pricing Economics function, the role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Product, with strong potential to expand strategic and analytical influence over time.
This role is based in Lisle, IL, and benefits from regular collaboration with teammates and business partners at our headquarters. We are also open to candidates who can maintain a consistent presence between our Lisle and downtown Chicago office locations.
The Pricing Economics team sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, helping shape how Molex makes pricing decisions across a global portfolio. Working closely with business and commercial leaders, we leverage data, economic thinking, and modern pricing tools to identify opportunities, drive profitable growth, and enable better decision‑making.
For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
