KPMG is seeking a Manager, Price Technology Administration to join our Sales Enablement organization.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully rollout and manage the Certinia Pricing Solution
• Serve as a SME for Certinia, understanding its integration within the KPMG ecosystem and its features/functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pricing Commercial Excellence, Digital Nexus, Change Management, and operations teams
• Coordinate with Certinia and Salesforce to handle technical issues, upgrades, and roadmap planning
• Manage operational support and continuous improvement of Certinia post-launch, including incident resolution, enhancement prioritization, and user support
• Bring technical expertise, pricing strategy knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive business outcomes and support internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent professional experience, preferably in the professional services industry, sales operations, or enterprise technology management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA or Master's preferred
• Hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and SalesCloud; familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is a plus
• Experience managing or supporting technology implementations, including product support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
