Job summary

Nice Cognigy delivers AI that works—fast, human, and enterprise-ready. The Frontline Sales Engineering Manager will drive presales in Benelux, France, and Nordics, leading the team to penetrate these markets and scale our presence.

The role requires strong enterprise software background, proven leadership, and deep knowledge of Conversational AI, GenAI, and LLMs. You will partner with sales, CS, and product to maximize value and training across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software, especially contact center or automation tech.
• Proven team lead or manager experience with strong tech and AI understanding.
• Deep knowledge of Conversational AI, GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Take presales lead on RFPs and delegate team activities with autonomy.
• Own market penetration and lead generation for Benelux, France, Nordics.
• Build thought leadership and scale the Sales Engineering team's presence in these regions.
• Support customer success with upsell opportunities and engage with stakeholders from technical to VP level.
• Stay current on competitive landscape and facilitate internal training.
