Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Pre-Construction to lead pre-construction planning for tenant fit-out projects across multiple sites. You will drive master scheduling, constructability reviews, and procurement strategies to translate designs into buildable, time-driven execution plans.

You will partner with Estimating and Design (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, BIM) and mentor a team of pre-construction professionals to ensure on-time project delivery in a fast-paced data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of pre-construction experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Strong scheduling background with Primavera P6 or comparable tools.
• Experience with constructability reviews, value engineering, and long-lead procurement planning.
• Familiarity with permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• People management experience.

About the role

The Manager, Pre-Construction leads pre-construction planning for tenant fit-out projects, including scheduling, constructability review, procurement planning, and permitting strategy. This role ensures TFO designs are translated into buildable, schedule-driven execution plans ahead of construction start.
