The team is dedicated to improving solution quality, delivery efficiency, requirements reuse, reduced rework, and steady progress toward standardized, platform-aligned solution patterns.**About the Role**The Manager, Platform Solution Development leads the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of business analysis and solution design capabilities across the shared insurance platform. This role is accountable for ensuring business needs are clearly translated into high-quality, scalable solutions that support platform modernization, operational enablement, accuracy, traceability, and continuity.You will help establish Platform Solution Development as a core organizational capability by driving consistent requirements practices, clear ownership of solution design, and effective collaboration across teams. This role includes responsibility for recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of a team of Business Analysts, while informally leading cross-functional contributors across
