• Requires knowledge of refractory materials, products, and operations, Department of Labor and Environmental regulations, ASTM standards, ISO 9000 standards, and Quality Assurance principles.
• Requires computer operation skills (MS Office, QAD accounting system or similar product).

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations Team as a Manager, Plant II.

Summary

The Manager, Plant II is a highly specialized and critical position accountable for contributing to HarbisonWalker Internationals overall business performance through the overall operation of the plant; ensuring safety, production, quality and capital efficiency goals are met. This role is responsible for having adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, etc).
