Zusammenfassung

Peoples Gas System is seeking a Manager Integrity Management in Tampa to lead the Development, maintenance, and evaluation of DIMP and TIMP programs across the state. You will drive risk-reduction initiatives, manage the Integrity Management team, and coordinate with executives, operations, engineering, and regulators.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on supervision. Travel to field locations and periodic regulatory activities are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Business or related field.
• 7 years of experience in pipeline integrity, project/program management, regulatory compliance, and/or leadership in natural gas operations.
• 3 years of supervision of people or project teams.
• Demonstrated people leadership, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and translating regulatory requirements into actions.
• In-depth knowledge of natural gas pipeline safety regulations, integrity and risk management.
• Working knowledge of GIS and pipeline data systems, analytical and reporting tools, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the statewide Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP) development and implementation.
• Lead the Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP) development and implementation.
• Drive risk-reduction initiatives and improve critical infrastructure data.
• Manage and develop the Integrity Management team, establish priorities and accountability.
• Represent Integrity Management with executive leadership and regulators, communicating risks and actions clearly.
