Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Manager, Pipeline Compliance to lead the regulatory compliance program, oversee monitoring, audits, and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The role partners with stakeholders to ensure PHMSA and API standards are met, while building a culture of safety and accountability.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pipeline security/compliance with PHMSA, and ability to travel up to 20%.

About the Manager, Pipeline Compliance: As the Manager, Pipeline Compliance you are responsible for leading Colonial's Pipeline Compliance Program and supporting regulatory compliance efforts across the organization. This position provides oversight of compliance monitoring, regulatory assessments, corrective action tracking, audit activities, and compliance program effectiveness to ensure adherence with PHMSA, environmental, safety, and other applicable regulatory requirements. The Manager, Pipeline Compliance partners with business stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance processes, procedures, and programs while serving as a subject matter expert on pipeline safety regulations and industry best practices. In this role you will lead a team of compliance professionals and foster a culture of regulatory excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
