Marian Regional Medical Center Foundation in Santa Maria, CA seeks a Manager of Philanthropy Major Gifts to develop and manage strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors. You will secure gifts of 10,000+ and oversee a portfolio of 100–125 donors, partnering with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and leadership.
The role requires proven fundraising experience with a major gift portfolio and excellent communication/relationship-building skills to advance the Foundation's mission.
As the Manager of Philanthropy Major Gifts, you will develop, implement, and manage strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors, expanding philanthropic support at the Marian Regional Medical Center Foundation. Your role is vital in securing monetary gifts of $10,000 or more and managing and maintaining a donor portfolio of 100 to 125 donors and prospects for our mission.
Every day, you will research and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects, partnering with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and other appropriate leadership.
To be successful, you need proven experience as a fundraising professional with a major gift portfolio and exceptional communication/relationship-building abilities.
