Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital seeks a Manager Pharmacy Technicians to supervise pharmacy technicians, including scheduling, work assignments, orientation, training and evaluation of employees. The role develops strategies to optimize performance and departmental operations while maintaining licensure competency as needed.

Qualified candidates will have Pharmacy Technician Registration with Florida DOH and PTCB certification, or be registered pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Registration with Florida Department of Health and PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification is required, or Registered Pharmacist with Florida Department of Health.
• 3 years of related pharmacy experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED Required. Two years college education preferred.
