The Manager, Pharmacy Operational Analytics serves as a senior-level pharmacy informatics and analytics leader responsible for enterprise pharmacy data governance, systems optimization, revenue cycle performance, compliance monitoring, and operational analytics. Reporting to the AVP of Pharmacy Strategy, Insights & Analytics, this role functions as a strategic liaison between Pharmacy Operations, IT, Revenue Cycle, Nursing, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams.
The position translates pharmacy strategy into measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes by leveraging advanced analytics, enterprise reporting tools, and deep system knowledge (EPIC, Pyxis/Omnicell, Power BI/Qlik, and related platforms). This leader drives performance transparency, compliance oversight, inventory integrity, and reimbursement optimization across inpatient, outpatient, retail, ambulatory, and contract pharmacy operations.
