Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy.
• Establishing and monitoring quality indicators and implementing policies and procedures.
• Duties include scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews of pharmacy team members.
• Recruit, orient, and manage pharmacy staff; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
