Walmart Pharmacy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team of pharmacists and staff in delivering exceptional patient care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive community health initiatives.

You will leverage data to improve performance and patient outcomes, manage budgets, mentor staff, and maintain Walmart's standards of service, quality, and integrity across all pharmacy activities. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license by job entry date.
• ACPE-accredited immunization training program completed.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and provide direction on customer service approaches to resolve needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve the community.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and safety/quality reviews.

What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance on proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are resolved within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as good members of the community.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
