Job summary

Deaconess is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. You will verify orders, support medication distribution, and contribute to patient care initiatives across the organization in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment.

You will partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective therapy and participate in quality improvement and educational activities, helping shape patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Indiana and Kentucky.
• Ability to obtain required licensure within 45 days of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
