Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmacovigilance experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record leading projects and change initiatives.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of PV processes, regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead US PS&PV project portfolio.
• Develop project charters, governance models, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Drive change adoption across transformation and OPS initiatives.
• Lead process optimization workshops for efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement frameworks in Patient Safety.
• Identify opportunities via benchmarking and best practices.
• Drive digital enablement, automation and innovation initiatives.
• Evaluate AI use cases in regulated environments.
• Ensure alignment between local priorities and global initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory procedures, intelligence, and health authority query management.
