Overview

Assume responsibility and accountability for operations and success of assigned areas. Areas of responsibility are high volume and/or significant strategic and financial impact on current and future success of Sentara Healthcare. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of high quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinate the development and marketing of new services and strategic planning for services.

Additional Responsibilities

The Manager of the Peripheral Vascular Lab is responsible for supporting the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the vascular labs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves supervising and managing a team of clinical and technical administrative and clinical staff, including technologists, and support personnel. The manager will ensure that all procedures are conducted according to established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Scope

The manager will have responsibility for management of multiple Vascular lab locations across divisions.

Travel

Travel To Multiple Clinical Sites Required.

Education

• Bachelor’s Level Degree (Required)
• Master's level degree (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

Unexpired Certification Achievements any in the selection list- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) – Certification
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) – Certification
• BLS certification required

Experience

• Non-Invasive Vascular Testing experience of 5 years required
• Management experience of 3 years required

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $114,940.80 - $171,849.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
