Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Services leader to advance quality and efficiency in the SPD. The role oversees quality initiatives, customer service improvements, and incident resolution to support surgical services.

The incumbent will manage supply utilization, participate in contract discussions, and lead staff meetings while ensuring budgetary compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's of Science or Art preferred.
• Graduate of Accredited Central Processing or Surgical Technology Program preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years central service or surgical experience required. Management experience preferred.

Essential Functions

• Develops, implements, and monitors a quality improvement program for SPD.
