Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Services leader for a full-time role in Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on developing and monitoring a quality improvement program within SPD, coordinating staff, and managing budgets to ensure efficient operations.

The role involves responding to complaints, engaging in contract negotiations for supplies, and driving continuous service improvements through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduate of Accredited Central Processing or Surgical Technology Program preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years central service or surgical experience required. Management experience preferred.

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Essential Functions

• Develops, implements, and monitors a quality improvement program for SPD.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and stretch for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work under high pressure.

Education, Experience and Certifications
