This People Services (PS) position is a key member of the leadership team for designated business segments, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other impactful matters.

Role Overview: An expert in their discipline (HR or related operational experience), responsible for leading and executing human capital strategies within our business units. This role involves coaching managers and senior leaders, providing strategic HR support, and ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, operational experience, and a proven ability to build relationships. A successful track record in coaching and leadership development is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Results: Set objectives, drive accountability, manage work processes, and execute human capital strategies to meet key priorities.
  2. Develop Talent: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, support employee development, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Analyze HR data, stay updated on HR trends, and translate organizational goals into measurable outcomes.
  4. Lead the Davita Way: Foster positive relationships, promote inclusivity, and drive employee engagement.
  5. Manage Change: Collaborate on change initiatives, develop communication and training plans, and engage stakeholders.
  6. Influence and Communicate: Use interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decisions, present insights, and build stakeholder commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading multi-site human capital strategies
  • Proven coaching experience with managers and above
  • Ability to drive key performance indicators
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% overnight
  • Alignment with core values and understanding of business success factors
  • A competitive spirit

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • HR certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • At least 5 years of HR experience as a business partner
  • At least 3 years in HR management, preferably in large organizations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Teams
