Job Description Summary We are currently seeking a Manager, People Partnering to join our Human Resources team supporting the Central Region geographical market.
The Manager, People Partnering provides strategic partnership and hands-on support to core business groups to deliver people initiatives that drive business results. Additionally, this role collaborates with HR leadership on key HR initiatives and projects related to talent cycles, change management, and HR best practices.
Job DescriptionLeadership/Business Partnership
- Provide HR Business Partner support to the Mid-Southeast & Government Services markets, focusing on talent strategy, succession planning, internal talent development, and recruitment strategy.
Functional Responsibilities
- Employee Relations – Coach managers to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Compensation – Ensure competitiveness and alignment with regional HR plans.
- Workforce and Succession Planning – Collaborate with leadership to identify future resourcing needs, build succession plans, and proactively address resourcing gaps.
- Recruitment – Support the recruitment process for senior and critical positions.
- Talent Development – Manage talent review, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Training – Coordinate training needs and planning with leadership, utilizing L&D programs.
- Stakeholder Management – Build relationships with organizational counterparts and management, ensuring high service quality and alignment across markets.
- People Data Analysis – Analyze people data to inform decision-making.
- Project Management – Collaborate on global HR initiatives across disciplines, recommend improvements, and partner with payroll, benefits, and other HR programs.
Requirements
- Salary: $108,000
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Remote position, must reside in Texas
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and high emotional intelligence
- Confidence in coaching and influencing senior management
- Understanding of financial implications of talent decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Analytical and strong project management skills
- High energy, professional demeanor, self-starter
