Paxos is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts in New York to drive strategic enterprise partnerships with leading financial institutions. You will source, negotiate, and launch market-defining offerings while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute our regulation-first approach.
You’ll build and manage a robust pipeline, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and align products with executives at banks, asset managers, and brokerages to expand Paxos solutions globally.
Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky - supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it.
We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Interactive Brokers and Charles Schwab.
Growth is the team at Paxos that builds and manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. We work hand-in-hand with Paxos leadership and cross-functional partners to turn big ideas into live products, and to bring them to some of the most influential fintech, payments and financial institutions in the world.
The Director, Strategic Accounts sits at the intersection of some of our biggest enterprise relationships and our product vision. From sourcing new financial institution clients and negotiating sales to launching new products with executives at some of the largest enterprises in the world, your role is to turn strategic relationships into market-defining offerings. As an advocate for Paxos’ regulation-first approach, you will partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute our strategy, use our resources wisely, and take new solutions from 0 to 1.
