Exemplar Luxury Group in New York seeks a Manager, People Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to Customer Support, Commercial Strategy and Analytics. You will guide talent management, performance management, career development, employee relations and workforce planning.

You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence to tailor solutions, analyze workforce data and ensure compliance with employment law. Up to four in-office days per week at Brookfield Place, NYC, are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner capacity or related field.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) required.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Sheets/Excel).
• Ability to influence and advise leaders on talent and employment matters.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Willing to work up to 4 days a week in Brookfield Place, NYC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Team liaison for your functional groups, building relationships with leadership and teams.
• Build relationships with employees at all levels and onboard effectively.
• Drive execution of core HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, development planning).
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Belonging) to tailor solutions.
• Act as a thought partner and coach to department leaders on talent strategy and organizational development.
• Support change management efforts during organizational transitions and align around new ways of working.
• Use workforce data to influence decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and employment law with Legal.
• Look ahead to anticipate business needs as context evolves.
