About the Job

As the Manager, People Analytics Consulting, you will lead the delivery of data-driven insights that shape Stryker’s global HR strategy. You’ll partner with HR, Center of Excellence (COE) partners, and business leaders to analyze data, build dashboards, and tell compelling stories that drive informed decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of HR data to generate actionable insights.
  • Promote data literacy and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver analytics and insights to HR leaders and stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
  • Leverage internal/external data to identify HR opportunities, build dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and apply automation or statistical modeling.
  • Collaborate with HR Systems & Reporting to define, enhance, and track metrics, dashboards, and reporting needs to help the organization interpret trends.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to ensure analytics are valid, rigorous, and actionable.
  • Partner with COEs to address strategic questions, support data-driven decisions, and design impactful initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity through process design, accountability, training, and technology.
  • Conduct benchmarking and academic reviews to integrate best practices and trends into HR strategies.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and data quality.
  • Develop scalable, self-service analytics solutions to improve user experience and reduce ad-hoc reporting.
  • Enhance and automate analytical practices to extract business insights and replace manual processes.

What You Need

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Experience in analytics related work including interpreting data, analyzing results and preparing findings in business case or similar format
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced statistics tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and/or data management/analytics related field
  • 3+ years in HR related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing large data sets, including knowledge of data cleaning, recoding, weighting, linking, and aggregating for analysis
  • Data query language (SQL) knowledge
  • Preference for a candidate near a Stryker location

$115,600.00 - 189,100.00 USD salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
