Job Description

Integral Ad Science’s Manager, Payroll reports to the Controller and has global responsibility across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner.
• Direct preparation of payroll related documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year‑end reports.
• Monitor accurate processing of employee transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations and maintain accurate account balances.
• Review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
• Maintain payroll information and records in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Interpret new legislation impacting payroll and drive change and compliance where needed.
• Manage and resolve payroll production issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a payroll professional, preferably in both private and public company environments.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of payroll calculation and processing.
• Global payroll experience, particularly EMEA and APAC.
• Knowledge of applicable US local, state and federal rules and laws.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in payroll and accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred.

Compensation

IAS Pay Transparency: the annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full‑time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.

Primary Location: US – New York, NY

Base Pay Range: $88,900.00 – $152,400.00 annually.
