McLaren Health Care seeks a Nursing Unit Manager to oversee daily unit operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing staff. The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and regulatory adherence within a dynamic hospital environment.
You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, supervise clinical practice, and drive continuous improvement across the unit while maintaining patient and staff satisfaction.
