Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, operation, and improvement of copay programs.
• Lead evolution of access strategies based on market changes.
• Manage program lifecycle: eligibility, design, funding, and adjudication.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Develop promotional materials with Marketing and Sales.
• Ensure training and materials are up to date.
• Vendor management and SLAs reviews.
