• Minimum of 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with patient support and market access focus.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to distill complex program data into executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate design, operation and improvement of copay assistance programs across portfolio.
• Lead evolution of access strategies based on payer landscape changes.
• Manage program lifecycle from design through launch, including eligibility and funding.
• Enhance patient experience with innovative access initiatives.
• Track payer trends, benchmark against competitors, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee e-prescribing/authorization tools and DTC access solutions.
