Position Summary...

What you'll do

As a Partnership Manager for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), a fast-paced, new fulfillment operation, your role will be to lead escalations received from top executives, internal team members, and sellers.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to research escalations and collaborate with multiple teams to develop solutions, ensuring smooth project execution in our dynamic environment. A key part of your role will be to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making, driving strategic alignment and innovation. You'll ensure project outcomes support our business strategy and contribute to WFS's growth and success. Your project management skills and leadership will be essential in navigating organizational complexities and guiding our team towards strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Lead escalations from leadership and sellers, collaborating across teams to research and develop solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive informed decision-making and resolve critical issues.
• Oversee and conduct process gap analyses, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop enhanced processes based on findings.
• Collaborate across the company to leverage processes, increase service and product capabilities, and recommend adjustments to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with team members and partners, working collaboratively to achieve objectives and motivate others.
• Create clear stakeholder alignment documents and update leadership accordingly.
• Track escalation action items to ensure closure, with a bias for action.

Salary Range

• Bentonville, AR: $70,000 - $130,000
• San Bruno/Sunnyvale, CA: $91,000 - $169,000
• Bellevue, WA: $84,000 - $156,000

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 2 years' experience in business or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in related areas is preferred.
