Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Partnership Manager for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), a fast-paced and new fulfillment operation, your role will be to lead escalations received from top executives, internal team members, and sellers.

You will work closely with stakeholders to research escalations and collaborate with multiple teams to develop solutions, ensuring smooth project execution in our dynamic environment. A key aspect of your role involves using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, driving strategic alignment and innovation. You will ensure project outcomes align with our business strategy, significantly contributing to WFS's growth and success. Your project management skills and leadership will be essential in navigating organizational complexities and guiding our team toward strategic objectives.

What you'll do

  • Drive and lead escalations received from leadership and sellers, collaborating across teams to research and develop solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure critical issues are resolved through informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and conduct gap analyses to identify process improvements, evaluate their practicality, and develop enhanced processes based on escalation findings.
  • Collaborate across departments to leverage processes, enhance service and product capabilities, and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and business partners, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, communicating positively to motivate and influence.
  • Create clear and aligned write-ups with stakeholder input and update leadership accordingly.
  • Track escalation action items to ensure closure, maintaining a bias for action.

  • You have proven experience using data analysis for decision-making.
  • You have a track record of executing inventory-related projects.
  • You have collaborated with Product, Analytics, and Business Operations teams.
  • You can influence outcomes and build consensus across multiple levels.
  • You are experienced in Agile project management methodologies.

  • You pay close attention to detail when engaging with stakeholders.

You'll make an impact by

  • Developing comprehensive project management plans to guide project execution and control.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment among stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, and change management strategies.
  • Identifying, addressing, and tracking issues, assessing their impact, and resolving them.
  • Making data-driven decisions by interpreting data and crafting compelling narratives to inform strategic directions.
  • Leading meetings effectively by setting context, guiding conversations, and steering discussions towards outcomes.

Salary ranges vary by location:

  • Bentonville, AR: $70,000 - $130,000
  • San Bruno & Sunnyvale, CA: $91,000 - $169,000
  • Bellevue, WA: $84,000 - $156,000

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or related field or 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include related experience and specific skills.
