This description reflects current role responsibilities and requirements for the Manager, Paid Search (PLA). Manager, Paid Search (PLA) will lead and scale high-performing Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad campaigns across Google and emerging search platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets, focusing on PLA.
• Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization.
• Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation.
• Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures.
• Experience working with large product catalogs in an ecommerce environment.
• Expertise in improving Quality Scores, CTRs, and managing a large portfolio of cross-category keywords.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; experience with Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Proactive self-starter in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong program management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Test, Learn and Scale mindset; strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

This description reflects current role responsibilities and requirements for the Manager, Paid Search (PLA).

The Role

Manager, Paid Search (PLA) will lead and scale high-performing Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad campaigns across Google and emerging search platforms. The role focuses on feed optimization, testing, and ecommerce growth to drive customer acquisition and overall business performance.

• Experience with international search programs.
• Background in ecommerce or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., GMC rules, supplemental feeds, third-party tools).
• Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies.

Pay Range

$115,000 - $140,000 USD. All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary by experience and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
