Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs
The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.
This role partners closely with P&C CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $112,00- $147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
