The Manager of OMS Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the Outsourced Medical Services (OMS) program, a multi-million-dollar care coordination strategy, which partners with external vendors to provide clinical services when internal capacity or capability is limited within the Harris Health organization. This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the OMS program, driving operational projects, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, including monitoring vendor partner performance. The Manager of OMS Operations will oversee operational workflows related to how the OMS program functions, monitor program performance, and analyze data related to utilization, spend, and vendor outcomes to support the executive-level leadership team in driving strategic decisions. Working closely with senior leadership in CTI Business Operations, as well as the Manager of Outsourced Care Management to ensure seamless integration of the clinical functions into the overall program strategy, this role will also help shape and execute the overall system-level strategy for OMS, ensuring its alignment with the direction of Harris Health's goals. A key responsibility of this role is to bring together all supporting ancillary teams and departments including clinical, financial, and administrative stakeholders to create cohesion and collaboration in support of OMS program objectives and strategic initiatives. By fostering alignment across these groups, the Manager ensures operational efficiency, quality standards, and a unified approach to patient care delivery.
