Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York is seeking a Manager to plan and implement team approved Out-of-Home client strategies for assigned clients. You will collaborate with Associate Directors and Directors to manage processes and ensure effective client service, overseeing a portfolio of clients and coordinating with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors.

This role requires leadership to develop associates and drive campaigns from brief through post-analysis, with a focus on retaining and growing

Position Summary

The Manager will help manage, plan,and implement team approved OutofHome client strategies for assigned clients.The ideal candidate will work with Associate Directors and Directors to manage the process and ensure effective client service.The role involves managing a team and overseeing a portfolio of clients, as well as working with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors toidentifyand create effective client workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have an expert knowledge of OOH US landscape and emerging channel trends to deliver on ambiguous tasks
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving,and the successful execution of allfacetsof account management with clients, agencies, and media owners
  • Identifyand implement ways to streamline current processes and increase efficiencies
  • Exhibit knowledge of assigned clients’ situations andobjectivesand prepare marketing proposals and budgets that will meet objectives
  • Oversee all planning and implementation of outdoor campaigns frominitialbrief through to post campaign analysis, ensuring team deadlines are met
  • Retain and grow existing client budgets and develop new business from existing accounts
  • TrainanddevelopAssociates, Senior Associates,and Senior Account Executives’industry knowledge and create attainable goals to foster internal growth based on individual performance
  • Take a leadership role within own development and career progression, proactively seeking opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrateaptitudefornavigating difficult managerial situations
  • Consult and work with Outdoor Media Group’s partners on developing new features to their programs to alleviate future agency workload
  • Beproactive inparticipatingin cross-team initiatives/agency projects to aid agency long-term growth
  • Present market updates and insightsto AMDs and Directors
  • Responsible for direct reports’adherence and education of new products and internal tools
  • Help create andmaintainpositive work culture
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven ability tomaintainand grow client relationships through the delivery of superior account services
  • Previousexperience in client-facing role and account management
  • Thorough external and internal presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines and managing teammates’ deadlines
DesiredSkills & Experience
  • 4+ years’ experience within either afull-service media or OOH agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$75,000—$95,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
