Job summary

Generac Power Systems seeks a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation to lead organization design, operating models, and workforce strategies across a global, matrixed, and technology-enabled enterprise. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to drive accountability and transformation initiatives.

The role requires translating business strategy into practical designs and shaping governance, roles, and future-state structures to support growth and AI-driven change
