Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a senior learning and development professional to shape and execute development strategies across our organization. You will lead teams, build partnerships with educational institutions, and advance learning initiatives to close skill gaps in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will analyze workforce data, design programs, and partner with leadership to deliver impactful career development and learning solutions across the enterprise.

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) [Preferred] OR Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]

$73,507.20 - $136,739.20
