Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Manager, Technology Finance Function Support for a highly visible, working-manager role in Brentwood, Tennessee. The position leads a team supporting Oracle Fusion Finance across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and related integrations, with hands-on involvement in complex production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise Finance apps, ERP, Finance tech, Oracle apps, or related support.
• Direct Oracle Finance experience required.
• Hands-on functional support within Oracle Finance environment (GL, AP, etc.).
• Knowledge of GL and AP; exposure to FA, Projects, Cost Accounting, AR, and Cash Management.
• Demonstrated people leadership in application support or Finance tech.
• Hands-on working manager able to handle complex production issues.
• Strong production support incl incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Experience with managed service providers and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Technology application support team.
• Provide hands-on leadership for Oracle Finance production support and incident resolution.
• Ensure operational stability and proactively resolve issues affecting Finance operations.
• Oversee support and optimization of Oracle Finance modules and integrations.
• Manage production issues, enhancements, releases, testing activities, and projects.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Manage vendors and MSPs, including performance and escalations.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, enhancements, testing, and releases.
• Collaborate with Integration teams to ensure reliable data movement between apps.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in Finance tech and processes.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives like AP modernization and Fusion optimization.
• Build strong relationships across Finance and Technology as a trusted partner.
