Position Summary...

The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role drives operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, and resource allocation to meet business objectives. The manager develops innovative solutions, oversees project delivery, and supports team development while ensuring compliance with company policies. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and promoting accountability, this position contributes to enhancing business efficiency, customer service, and overall organizational performance.

About the team:

The User Acceptance Testing team plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-quality experiences for customers, associates, and users. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams, the team validates new features and operational changes before release. Emphasizing real-world, end-to-end testing, they ensure solutions perform effectively in actual environments. The team identifies risks, uncovers defects, and provides data-driven insights to support release readiness. With a strong operational perspective and continuous improvement focus, they leverage standardized processes, automation, and new tools to reduce release risk and enhance product quality.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
