Job summary

Availity is a remote-first healthcare technology leader, driving automation and operational excellence for payer operations and provider service delivery. The Manager, Operations Automation & Strategy leads analytical teams, optimizes workflows, and champions scalable automation across product, engineering, and client services.

You will own Missing Claim Response processes, governance of known issues, and collaboration with stakeholders to reduce manual work and improve service stability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Five+ years of experience in healthcare payer operations.
  • Three+ years of leadership experience managing operational, systems, analytical, or technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and payer operations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Services, and Account Management.

This role oversees the Missing Claim Response process, operational triage and escalation management, and known issue governance to ensure timely resolution of operational risks and service disruptions.The Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen monitoring capabilities, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
