A growing international foundation headquartered in the United States is seeking a Manager for Operations and Compliance to oversee workflow for MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements on global projects. Responsibilities include managing the agreement cycle, enforcing compliance policies, and coordinating intellectual property-related workstreams. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in operations or compliance within a non-profit setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Qualifications

Experience with a 501(c)(3) operating internationally.
Strong understanding of compliance policies.
Responsibilities
Manage the workflow for MOUs, contracts & partnership agreements.
Oversee end-to-end agreement cycle management.
Coordinate IP related workstreams including trademark filings.
