Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Location Operations Manager in Washington to oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory across multi-shift distribution. You will lead field activities, schedule equipment, and drive process improvements with a cross-functional team while ensuring safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of management experience in agricultural settings, a preferred agricultural degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience.
• Agricultural based degree desired
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of location including warehousing, logistics, and inventory.
• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution.
• Oversee field scheduling, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections
