Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an experienced Distribution Location Manager for Ridgway, IL to oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory across multiple shifts. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within the distribution network.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of management experience in agriculture, a related degree, and readiness to travel to market areas in other states, with strong MS Office skills to drive improvements and cost savings.

• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
• Agricultural based degree desired
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

The salary range for this role, in Ridgway location, is between $59,200 - $109,900.
