Sibelco seeks a Manager Operations at SP Crystal to lead safe, efficient production activities and ensure exceptional service to our customers. The role will drive operational improvements and oversee daily site operations with a focus on safety and reliability.

The position emphasizes development of talent, adherence to environmental and regulatory standards, and the application of operational excellence tools to optimize cost, yield, and processes across the site.

• First-class service to the customer.
• Best competitive cost position (cost reduction, increase site yield, better value- products, better processes, production scheduling).
• Highest standard of the industry in term of processes, quality, environment and legal obligation respect and health and safety.
• Continuity in time of the processing activities and integrated planning process.
• Development of talent, competence and career progression of staff within the area.
• Implementation of the Operation Excellence principles and tools.
• Maintain environmental compliance according to regulatory permits.
