• Zero Harm approach to operational safety.
• First-class service to the customer.
• Best competitive cost position (cost reduction, increase site yield, better value- products, better processes, product management and production scheduling).
• Highest standard of the industry in term of processes, quality, environment and legal obligation respect and health and safety.
• Continuity in time of the processing activities and integrated planning process.
• Development of talent, competence and career progression of staff within the area.
• Implementation of the Operation Excellence principles and tools.
• Maintain environmental compliance according to regulatory permits.
