Job summary

EXOS in Tampa, FL is seeking a Facility Supervisor to maintain a clean and safety-focused gym environment, respond to emergencies, and deliver exceptional member service. You will lead rounds, enforce safety guidelines, and ensure smooth daily operations in a high-energy fitness setting.

As part of the role, you will conduct tours for prospective members, stock locker rooms, and assist with equipment usage when trainers are not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in supervision is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Lead responses to emergencies and follow emergency procedures.
• Provide high level personalized member service with a positive attitude.
• Conduct rounds of the facility during shift.
• Identify and address unsafe conditions.
• Give tours to prospective or new members.
• Enforce age and training restricted area guidelines.
• Restock items in locker rooms and common areas.
• Assist members with proper use of cardio, strength, and free weights when trainer not present.
• Know location of first aid supplies and AED units.
• Monitor team member activity.
• Other duties as needed.
