Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in IDD services; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and Day Habilitation services strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
