Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for field inquiries on sales, reports and analytics.
• Lead rebate management and ensure accuracy for direct purchasing and homebuilder accounts.
• Oversee analysts and ensure updated, accurate reporting across the organization.
• Act as primary IT liaison for sales-related needs and data flow.
• Develop ad hoc reports and profitability proformas as required.
• Support leadership with department-wide data-driven insights.

The Senior Manager of Sales Support has a leadership role in Sales Support with high level focus on company profitability, systems and analytics.

Job Summary

The senior manager of Sales Support is tasked with supporting the Director of Sales Support in all aspects of the department with primary focus on company profitability, systems and business analytics. This role is expected to have expert level command of Excel and a deep understanding of CRM usage in cross-departmental, full company usage.

• Oversee international analysts and their daily functions
• Envision, develop and confirm accuracy of reports that drive business
• Act as lead in response to field inquiries

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Function as key contact for field inquiries on sales, reports and analytics
• Lead rebate management and ensure calculation accuracy for direct purchasing accounts and homebuilder/developer accounts
• Oversee analysts to ensure reporting is updated and accurate
• Act as primary channel between IT and various departments as pertains to sales
• Streamline reporting to focus on key data used by various departments
• Create Ad Hoc reports as required
• Create proformas to determine profitability of accounts
• All additional activities as required to support leadership and the department.

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Highly skilled at CRM usage and data point development
• Management Experience
• Exceptional work ethic
• High level comfort of working within systems like ERP systems, PIM systems, EDI, etc.
• General understanding of pricing across multiple channels
• Basic knowledge of RFP/RFQ requests from existing and potential business partners
• Experience working cross-departmentally
